Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because numbers matter when you are playing Mahjong, we do have a cancellation policy. For lessons, guided and open play sessions, cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance for a single seat and 48 hours in advance for 2+ seats. If you are able to provide a sub for your seat, that is always appreciated.
